  • IMPORTANT! Move from Find It @WSU to Search It for getting to fulltext from a database
Starting in July, the Find It @ WSU symbol will no longer work as it has in the past in library databases such as Academic Search Complete or Worldwide Political Science Abstracts. It will now take you directly to the WSU Libraries' Search It catalog to get your article's fulltext or place an interlibrary loan request. Click the link for more info.
  • Expanded Hours Starting in Fall '14
Beginning Sunday, 8/24, Holland and Terrell will open at 10 am Sunday and remain open until 8 pm Friday. Saturday hours will be from 9 am to 8 pm. 24/5 plus!
  • Citation Linker
Use this link when you have a citation and want to get to the book or article. It will link to the item you want. If it is not available at the WSU Libraries, it will generate an automatic interlibrary loan form so you can easily request it.
  • Social Sciences Search It: Get Help Using the WSU Libraries' Search It Catalog
Lots of useful information about how to use Search It, the WSU Libraries new library catalog, including *essential* info about the scopes & what they search.
  • The Proxy Bookmarklet
Have you ever found something on the Web that you knew was available through the Libraries, but it was too much of a pain to log into the Libraries site and find it? Now we have a bookmarklet that you can add to your browser button bar so that you can log in via the Libraries and get immediate access (most of the time…) find out more about our new proxy bookmarklet. And it works with tablets too...
Note: after you log in, if you don't get access, just click the proxy bookmarklet again and you will (if your browser is idle for too long you may need to log in again).

Sport Studies

The Holland and Terrell Libraries contain resources for students and faculty interested in the social science aspects of sport studies, including movement studies/kinesiology/sport science, athletic training, health and fitness, and sport management. If you have any social science-oriented questions not answered on this page or the WSU Libraries website, please contact Lorena O'English (see contact info on the left margin). For questions about sport studies at WSU, please see the College of Education's Department of Educational Leadership and Counseling Psychology website.
This guide includes resources related to kinesiology/sport science and athletic training. If you are looking for sport management resources, you'll want the Sport Management library guide.
