About Me

My title says Web Design Librarian, but in general you can call me a librarian.

What I actually do on a daily basis can be summed up as, I help the University (students, faculty, researcher, et. al) find and use information in meaningful ways. What does that statement mean?

Well for the Systems side of my position, I help make WSU WorldCat and LibGuides at WSU Libraries work.

For the Research Services side, I help by answering questions, I do instruction sessions on resources and services, I am a liaison to the Office of Multicultural Student Services and the multicultural student centers, lastly I help promote the WSU Libraries via Facebook, Twitter, and physical University activities.

If you see me walking around campus, feel free to say hi, and ask me a question about the libraries and/or information in general. I may not always know the answer, but I'm always happy to help you find the answer.
