Starting July 1st, 2014 the FindIt!@WSU and Search It interfaces will be combined.
In an ongoing effort to present a seamless discovery environment for our users, the WSU Libraries is combining our Find!@WSU service with our Search It library catalog/discovery system.
This change will be most apparent to those of you who use the article databases that the WSU Libraries provide access to (i.e. Academic Search Complete, CINAHL, or Worldwide Political Science Abstracts) -- essentially anywhere you would use the "Find It@WSU" button to link to full-text resources or requesting options.
The same options for linking to full-text resources (if available) or requesting a book through Summit or books, articles, etc. via InterLibrary Loan will be present.
NOTE: for some options such as requesting books or interlibrary loan, logging in with your WSU Network ID is required, even if you have already logged in when you opened Search It.
What exactly is changing?
You will still see the (FindIt!@WSU button) icon in databases such as Academic Search Complete, but the menu presented after clicking on the button will be different. Currently (until July 1st) a menu like the one below will be presented:

Starting July 1st the same options for full-text linking and requesting will be presented in the Search It library catalog interface as seen below:
