April 3, 2014, Terrell Library Atrium: A Celebration of Faculty Authored Books

The WSU Libraries is pleased to celebrate the accomplishments of our faculty and hope to create a greater awareness of the diverse publishing activity and achievements of WSU Authors. 

This year's April 3rd event celebrated books published between 2010 and early 2014, including scholarly works, fiction and poetry.

Program

  • Welcome and Introductory Remarks: Beth Blakesley, Associate Dean of the WSU Libraries
  • Opening  Remarks: Frances K. McSweeney, Vice-Provost for Faculty Affairs and Regents Professor of Psychology.
  • Faculty Address: Matthew McCluskey, Chair of the Department of Physics. Author of Dopants and Defects in Semiconductors  and The Last Weapon: A Novel.
